Please join us for a seminar on the Mediterranean Aperitivo, including a tasting and talk on Vermouth di Torino by Jeremy Parzen, a leading Italian food and wine expert and dynamic speaker known for his lively deep-dive presentations.
Jeremy will be leading a discussion of Vermouth di Torino’s origins, how it’s made, the herbs and spices used for the infusions, how it is served traditionally, and how it can be used as an ingredient in cocktails.
The event (free of charge) is presented by the Italy-America Chamber of Commerce Texas together with the following consortia: Vermouth di Torino, Pecorino Toscano, Costieragrumi, and Agri-Food Products of Western Greece.
